Beautiful wooded trail leading to Lake Michigan beach. Walk is approximately .75 mile, the beach is serene and peaceful.

Saugatuck Dunes State Park is home to 2.5 miles of sandy Lake Michigan shoreline, coastal dunes, forested areas, 13 miles of trails and the 300-acre Patty Birkholz Natural Area.

Located along a secluded section of the Lake Michigan shore, the Saugatuck Dunes State Park covers over 1000 acres along 2.5 miles of shoreline. Here visitors will find some impressive coastal dunes, some of which are over 200 feet tall.

10 minutes away, might take a bit longer if there is traffic. Right on Lake Michigan with 2.5 miles of beach to relax on, or if you're feeling adventurous hike one of the dunes trails ranging from 2.5-5.5 miles.
