From Mo - Fri 11h & 13h you can visit the crypt. Due to the high humidity the coffins & clothes of the people in the coffins are well-preserved. Meetingpoint is in front of the church 5 min. before.

built from 1219 to 1221, one of the oldest churches in Vienna. Known above all for its crypt, in which some corpses did not decompose due to the special climate, but were mummified

Don't miss a guided tour through the Michaelagruft. This is where the emperors are buried right next to the plague victims. But don't be afraid of darkness and skulls! 30 minutes by subway U4 and U2.
