Books and great coffee/tea, there is an even bigger one down in Austurstræti. Great place for people watching too.

This is my favorite bookstore, just about 8-9 min. walk. There is a small cafe where you can sit and browse through magazines and books or have a chinwag with your friends while you drink your coffee or tea or some other refreshing beverage.
