For a great day out for all ages, cycle or walk this stunning quieter stretch of the camel trail starting from either wadebridge or Bodmin and ending and wendford bridge, following the river as you go, even on the hottest days the trees provide fantastic shade and there are plenty of places to stop for a picnic. Bikes available to hire from either wadebridge or Bodmin if you don’t have your own.

The official start of the Camel trail, just a short distance from St Breward in neighbouring Wenford Bridge. Bike all way down by the Camel River, through beauty spots a plenty, all the way to Padstow. Why not call at Camel Valley vinyard to try some of there famous Camel valley award winning wine fizz.
