Betina moved from Denmark in 1998 and works as a photographer but she always harboured the dream of following up in her grandfather’s footsteps and setting up a bakery. A former Pontcanna resident, Betina said she has always imagined her bakery being in an old corner building so when Philip Morgan and Sons wine merchants closed down, she took the chance. This is without a doubt our biggest suggestion to start your day! We absolutely love it.
