Lovely views of the River Blackwater. Great for a stroll and is good for children. Kiosks selling ice-cream and typical sea-side food. Mini golf is fun for the family.

The Promenade Park is the most undoubtedly the most visit location in Maldon. You'll find beach huts to hire, several picnic areas, historic pubs, The Tearoom Barge, The Maldon Motor Show, The Maldon Carnival , open air cinema, markets and boat trips.

Adjacent to the quay is promenade park. Nice area for walking or jogging. Teas, coffees, ice creams.(Note: some of the huts are seasonal).
