It's hard to go wrong at Per Diem, but their house made focaccia and seasonal pizzas are sure-fire pleasers! Stick around long enough and you just may spot a musical celebrity pulling into Hotel Rock Lititz with their tour bus...

Most folks are not aware that Lititz is the epicenter of the sound, lighting, and effects technology of the live music industry. The center of this industry in lititz is housed at Rock Lititz, which has a hotel and restaurant on its campus. Per Diem is the restaurant at the Rock Lititz Hotel. If you’re a fan of live music you need to check this place out. Posters on the walls include production pictures and information from Olympic Ceremonies, leading Rock Star concerts (e.g. Madonna, U2, Maroon 5, etc.), and major music award ceremonies. In addition to the celebrity and Rock Music intrigue of this place, the food and drinks are top shelf. This is our favorite local place for Sunday Brunch, but dinner won’t disappoint either.
