The chef, nicknamed "Ppruss" (chilli pepper, in the regional Italian), prepares tasty snacks and simple oven pizzas behind his bar. Very creative, with fresh, basic and local ingredients, and much better than the typical, expected "bar pizza" -- that is, what is normally available at lunchtime in Italy, when most wood-fired establishments do not operate. Imported beers and rustic, local wines available. Highly enjoyable conversation and learning experience. Be careful, as he will offer you a red hot chilli to taste!!
