The Hot Brown is the most famous dish our city is known for. If you are going to try it you should go to the place it was invented. J Graham's Cafe inside The Brown Hotel is a gorgeous historic hotel. To save a few dollars catch the lunch buffet where you can try a hot brown and other tasty dishes.

A beautiful cafe in the historic Brown Hotel located in downtown Louisville. Open for breakfast and lunch. Known for the Hot Brown, Roasted Turkey Breast on Toast with Mornay Sauce, Pecorino Romano Cheese, tomato and bacon, baked, this is a must for lunch. Tuesday - Saturday there is a lunch buffet. Sunday they serve brunch from 9 - 2. Complimentary 2 hour Valet Parking. Reservations recommended.
