Cider house set in a beautiful tradicional basque building, called a ¨caserio¨. It is on the monte Igeldo and is owned by Olasagasti, a famous rural sport (tree cutting) basque celebrity. He and his family manage the place. Tradicional set menu consisting of simple and well executed dishes, including red meat and fish. Only open for dinner.
