This place is way more than a jewellery shop—it’s officially an institution. Since 1972, TGF has kicked out custom pieces for many big names from The Stones, Zeppelin, and The Who to Marilyn Manson and all the way to Jay-Z. Their reputation for stunning custom work and rock and roll jewellery with incredible heritage is hard to understate. Ask for Reino. His dad started the business, and now he’s taken it over and made it his baby.

This is one of our favourite places to have brunch. It "serves up dishes inspired by the flavours of the Middle East, with nods to the cuisine of Tel Aviv’s street food stalls, the fare sold in the classic Jewish delis, grand old cafés, appetizing stores + bagel bakeries of New York + Montreal."
