This wonderful annual festival happens in a nearby village. If you are lucky enough to be in the area when this is taking place make sure you book tickets early as they sell out fast. Great talks and demonstrations for adults and children.

This is a fantastic annual event. Whether you choose to wander through the re-enactments, attend talks or just eat delicious street food and soak up the atmosphere in the beautiful chalke valley where the festival is held, there really is something at the festival to appeal to all interests and ages.
