I can highly recommend this place if you want to taste the local dish e.g. pizzoccheri. Furthermore this place is one of its kind in Livigno - they offer delicious Italian dishes you can't find if you just pick a random restaurant in the center. OBS: It's pretty far out from the center, so you'll need a car or take the bus or a taxi.
