a cute tourist bar and also a great tourist information spot

This is actually a hostel that has a cool bar in the lobby. It is open to the public until about midnight so if you want to go hang out with tourists this is an ideal palce to start. They also have a foozball table and a pool table.

They have wonderful tours - inside and outside of Jerusalem. Some are free, some at a cost. Check it out!
