best diner in the world. jazz themed, with great music and posters from festivals lining the walls. the california benedict and a stack of pancakes are the way to go here! the cinnamon roll pancake is iconic, with frosting and a real cinnamon swirl, but the blueberry pancakes (and peach when they have them!) are my favorite. the home fries should be illegal; they are so perfect - amazing sauteed crunchy bits and liberal amounts of scallions. careful - there can be a long wait on weekend mornings, and they generally close at 2pm!

Best breakfast. Delicious, very fresh, extremely satisfying. Casual, relaxing atmosphere. Beware long lines on weekends in the late morning.
