Great museum with interesting exhibitions, usually contemporary art and ticketed entrance. It is situated along Southbank (just a bus ride away: 168/ 172), here you can always find things going on from food markets, street performers, cafes, restaurants and bars. You can also spot many landmarks along this walk, including Big Ben and the London Eye.

Interesting exhibitions - usually they choose a theme and several artists are invited to create works based on the theme, makes for surprising/fascinating/thoughtful exhibit.

This is one of the most interesting of London's major art museums- always interesting curated contemporary shows on, worth a visit.
