My husband and I recently had the pleasure of booking a personal Italian chef experience with Robert, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Despite having visited Italy a few times already, we both walked away having learned so much more about local ingredients and the thoughtful, simple ways Italian food is meant to be prepared.

The class was intimate and personal — just the way we like it. Robert was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He made it a point to check in with us throughout the evening.

A bonus we weren’t expecting was getting to see Robert’s art collection of his sister’s beautiful paintings displayed throughout his home.If you’re looking for an authentic, engaging, and heartwarming Italian culinary experience, I couldn’t recommend Robert enough. It was an evening we’ll both remember for a long time.

great experience

There were 6 adults and 5 children staying. The house was big enough for all of us (even when you needed a break). Robert was very quick to respond when we had questions. Some of the appliances could use replacing or fixing. Other than that the house is beautifully decorated and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Place was nice. Outside area was great.
