Roberto was extremely responsive no only did it make me feel better booking his listing but even after booking the responsiveness continued. He assisted with any question I had, no question was too small or big. It made the trip so stress free knowing that communication was clear and quick. The house itself was amazing, exactly as described in the listing, photos were all spot on. The house easily fit the group of 6 we had giving a perfect split between upstairs and downstairs if needed. Everything was clean and continued to be cleaned because of the crew at the house. They were attentive and very respectful. Would highly recommend!

This place is so nice and exactly like the pictures and the description. Roberto was exceptional. Very responsive, accommodating and flexible. The ladies that help in the house, Francisca and Raquel, were amazing, I can’t say enough about them. They had towels ready for us everyday and the villa was always spotless when we got back from the beach. They’re also amazing cooks and try really hard to please you. Our family had age ranges of 10 months to 61 years and they were so sweet and kind to all. Great stay, great vacation, I will definitely book this villa again. The owner was also very kind and left us sandwiches and lemonade since she knew that we had a long day of travel and we were a big group. Very pleased.

The house is absolutely stunning, Francisca and Raquel were wonderful and catered to our every need, Roberto was a very responsive host and sent a list of activities happening in casa de campo, and the house was well located right next to Los Lagos so a straight shot to the main road that takes you to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
