While most prefer to book an entire place for themselves instead of a room, you would do yourselves a great disservice because you would miss out on the opportunity to meet such kind and helpful individuals such as Jamie and Paul, who you can turn to should questions or problems arise. Not only did they display such hospitality, they were also quite approachable and helpful, giving us suggestions for local eateries or letting us use their washer for our laundry.

During a potential disastrous portion of our trip, in which we were to travel to Manchester, the demise of Thomas Cook left us without match tickets or hotel room for the night, it was Jamie who so kindly allowed us to use his phone to make calls to the hotel and attempted to help us find lodging in Manchester. Thankfully everything worked out in the end, but much thanks goes to Jamie for his helpfulness in the matter.

As for the place, the location was great in its proximity to three different underground stations, which made it simple to navigate through the city because we had access to several different lines. Fresh flowers adorned our room. Each morning, there was always bread for toast, croissants, fruit, and tea waiting for us in our own little breakfast nook, which provided a nice start to our long days out exploring the city or travelling outside the city. You could not ask for better hosts or place to stay while in London, at such a great value as well.

My stay at Jamie’s was great! Unfortunately he wasn’t there when I stayed, but was so lovely and left out breakfast supplies for my stay. Lots of underground stations and bus stops in the area to use, and easy to find. Such good communication from Jamie as well! Thanks heaps!

Jamie’s place suited what we were looking for in a place to stay in London. Breakfast was great to have included. His responses to questions were always prompt and informative. Thanks for being a good host.

Jamie was awesome! He was very helpful suggesting how to get around since it was our first time in London. His place was clean and cozy and he was super nice and accommodating! Awesome spot!
