We were in Seattle for family weekend at UofW. The house was exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, and just like the photos on Airbnb. We checked in late and were surprised to find industrial fans running in the living room without prior notice. Given the late hour we waited till the next morning to text Sid and Eva.

As soon as we reached out to Sid and Eva, Sid promptly responded. He was prompt, responsive, and apologetic, which we appreciate him personally coming by later that morning to explain the situation and empty the water from the dehumidifiers. Sid shared fantastic restaurant recommendations and was a pleasure to chat with.

To make up for the inconvenience, Sid even sent donuts via DoorDash, which my kids absolutely loved! His thoughtfulness and hospitality truly stood out.
