Chase is a great host and is extremely responsive. He tried to accommodate all of our needs while we there and I was very appreciative of that! We stayed at the house for a month so here is the low down:

Pros
-Wifi is great, my husband and I were able to take 2 video calls at the same time
-Really nice having the car so you can see other parts of the island. Cabs are super expensive.
-The space is huge so you can spread out
-Patio is nice

Cons
-The place is more run down then the photos look and not that clean
-Missing some key amenities for a long term stay - there is no dryer, toaster, coffee maker, food storage, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap - you literally need to buy everything for your stay
-The house is off the highway and the master bed is off the road. The motorcycles and buses are super loud and kept us up and woke us up

We had a great stay at the OldburyGuestHouse. It is a beautiful place, clean and spacious, a great location. The bus stop is located across the street, a park and BGI airport are nearby. I would book again. Chase was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. Thank you Chase!

This place was just ok. Right next to a very busy and noisy road. We only stayed half of our trip here. Furniture is very uncomfortable.TV is very small. Wifi worked good down stairs but very weak upstairs. AC is only in your bedrooms. Beds are hard, if you like that than that’s fine. Toilet down stairs was only good for number 1. No coffee maker or toaster. Fridge had only 1 shelf. Washing machine didn’t work but chase was very good about changing it out. Would have been better if the host lived on the island but he did the best he could.Just needs a really good clean and updated. The pictures were not that accurate. Theoldstoryugetwhatupayfor.

The place was exactly how it looked in the pictures, great spot if you prefer something a little less 'touristy' with good bus links into the city. Chase made us feel welcomed as guests and there was never a delay in response to any of our queries. Looking forward to coming back one day.
