Justin was absolutely incredible. The food was surprisingly delicious (and I only say “surprisingly” because I’m not plant-based, so this was my first time trying plant-based sushi). He was also extremely hospitable. He was super quick to answer questions beforehand and even willing to hop on a call to discuss details further. You can tell he’s deeply passionate about his craft and about creating an amazing experience for his guests.

We even had a personal emergency the day of, and Justin was kind enough to extend our time so we could still enjoy the full experience. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out. I’d 100% recommend booking with Justin!

We had a great night! I invited some friends over who are vegan and the evening was a hit. He was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about plant-based cooking. The food was delicious, and his energy made the whole evening feel relaxed and personal. Communication was smooth from the start, and he showed up ready to cook and connect. As an Airbnb employee, I get to try new products like chef services and I would love to have him back!

Since I work at Airbnb, I was able to try out this service for free. I was blown away by the quality of the meal! As a life long meat eater, I did not know what to expect from a vegan meal, but it was really delicious!! My husband, who has been vegetarian for more than 30 years, was even more impressed as he has tried lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes in his life. Chef Justin is a master at creating nourishing and flavorful dishes. We had a 3 course dinner with appetizers, entrees, and dessert. I am looking forward to sampling more of his dishes in the future, and would recommend him to anyone. He was able to accommodate a special request that I made due to a food allergy, and he was very pleasant to engage with. Everything went smoothly at my place, including the cleanup.
