The front desk staff was great at check-in, easy and precise instructions on finding my room. Maintenance staff was most outstanding as my TV would not allow me to log in on arrival but the very next day right after having breakfast he arrived and fixed it within minutes, KUDOS to the Cuban heritage MX staff for not only communicating what had to be done to fix the problem. Also the housekeeping staff was admirable by bringing over towels when requested in a timely manner and right to my door.. At check out it was a bit of a wait due many people checking in and checkout and only one staff member on duty around the 11AM checkout time.

Host was very nice and responsive, however the place was not in the best of shape. It was like a spider infestation in the room. I killed about 7 spiders. Cobwebs all over the lights. And I seen a ton of pollen in the air when I woke up in the morning and look through the blinds from the bed. And also a smell of mold. I never left a bad review…. Even if I had a bad experience. But this has to be addressed. But it’s right by the beach’s that’s great.
