Spent a few days at this location in October during a hiking trip. Location was very private, surroundings were beautiful, home was clean, and amenities were as expected. Had a little trouble figuring out how to turn down the heat and ran out of toilet paper during our stay, but Vacasa responded immediately to our text and delivered toiletries directly to the door. Overall, visit was enjoyable and would recommend to others in need of a place to stay in the area.

Beautiful location, we got to Steamboat towards the end of fall color change (amazing view from the balcony). We enjoyed the drive up to this location daily. It is a good unit for a couple - we stayed for 10 days and the efficiency style unit worked for us. Unit was very clean, lots of extra towels, plenty of closet and storage space. The building appears to be maintained very well too. Crews were working to add retainer walls and upgrade the parking area during our stay.
Along with other comments - the mattress is either worn or slats under the mattress need to be replaced. The mattress sinks in the middle of the bed.
