The house itself had plenty of room for what we needed. We were there with three other families for a baseball tournament. Each room was spacious and comfortable. The photos provided of the inside accurately represented the reality of the home.

When we first arrived, the downstairs AC was not working. David worked to get the issue resolved, and by day five of our eight-day stay, the AC was fixed. In the meantime, David provided us with portable cooling units for the three bedrooms downstairs. The upstairs was nice and cool the entire time. I felt like David worked as quickly as he could to assist us.

We took full advantage of the kitchen by cooking most of our meals in the home. I've recommended oven mitts be added and a few other items in the kitchen that might make others' stays more favorable.

The location of the house proved to be our greatest concern. During our first evening there, we heard three gunshots. I understand that Atlanta is "urban," and one block may be very different than another block, but I didn't expect to see discarded furniture across the street, a toilet at one end of the road, or piles of trash dumped on the other. I also didn't expect all of the windows and doors have security gates/bars on them, but the hosts assured us that security measures were in place.

After being there a few days, we met some of the neighbors and the ice cream man, who came by daily, and then we felt much more at ease. We were disappointed with the limited description of the location provided in the listing (before booking). The accommodations, however, fit our needs in terms of size of home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and number of beds.
