Conveniently located. Spacious room. Free onsen. The would like to mention the lady at the reception in particular who was very helpful in arranging for us to store our luggage after we checked out.

Great stay, easy to get to from the main station, and good connectivity from the buses. The communication at the property felt a bit off, hence I will remove the 1 star.
