THE VILLA

Entering the main gate, a water mirror reflecting the candid Caribbean sun surrounded by coralina tiles is a unique attraction before stepping into the high-ceilinged outdoor foyer with a massive lantern-like chandelier and balcony, staircase to the second floor, and access to the garden. The modern fully equipped kitchen governed by a white with gray stripes offers all you need to prepare a traditional Dominican meal or enjoy breakfast on the island while talking about your beach day. Moving to the living area a rustic chandelier welcomes you to rest on any of it cozy mat chairs or the sofa while gentle breezes sneak in. The dining area offers seats for 12 guests on its large hardwood squared table.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
